1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage range of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. Various schedules are available, including Schedule D, Schedule A2, and Schedule B.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Key competencies include conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow company guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Moving merchandise, standing, bending, and working in varying temperatures.
