1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker and be part of our dedicated warehouse team responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week. ALDI provides thorough training and safety programs to ensure your success in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety compliance, and sanitation protocols.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, success drive, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
