1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time role offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently while fulfilling store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Assist in taking warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and work in varying temperatures.
