1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations by efficiently receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and appearance standards. As part of a dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
