Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment and contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varied temperatures and physically demanding environments.
