1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. As a crucial member of the warehouse staff, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and maintain product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to adapt to pressure, setbacks, and challenges.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
