1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a key role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain warehouse standards.

Shift

1st Shift - 7:00 AM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adaptable, positive, and resilient attitude.
• Driven for success and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
