1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
