1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating incoming stock to fulfill store orders. Your duties will also include loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and liaising with warehouse management for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Handling products weighing up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, and operating warehouse equipment.
• Adaptability to varying temperatures and environments.
