1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Follow ergonomic and safety procedures.
• Complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
