1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. With the average work week being less than 30 hours, this part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
