1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your duties will include maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating with the team to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
