Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment desired.
