1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
