Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. You will collaborate with your team to maintain warehouse appearance standards, ensure product quality, and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
