1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure warehouse safety and appearance standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Key Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Detail-oriented and follows instructions accurately.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
