Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi!

As a valued team member, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise to fulfill store orders efficiently and accurately. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cleaning duties.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Acts Conscientiously, Collaborates and Cooperates with Team, Demonstrates Positive Attitude and Resilience, Drives for Success, Organizes and Executes with Efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
