1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be working 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Act independently within the delegated responsibilities and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.
• Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in teams.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
