Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a leading retail company known for its quality products and competitive wages. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and act independently within the delegated responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
