We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Starting Wage: Up to $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift
1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with team and leadership.
- Provide input to improve processes.
- Inspect product quality and safety.
- Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and move product weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
