Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the fulfillment of orders and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate with warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
