Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaboratively, and with a positive attitude.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
