Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
