1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join their Full-Time team. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for various duties, including receiving stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipment, warehouse cleaning, inventory counts, and more. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficiency and safety in the warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds
• Frequent movement throughout the warehouse
• Operation of powered industrial equipment
