1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00- $22.00 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and relocating stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, cleaning the warehouse, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Act independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
