Job Description
We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for various duties including selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. In addition to executing essential job functions, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals. To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years or older, demonstrate strong work ethic, collaboration, resilience, and efficiency. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
