1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean the warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements, inspect product quality, and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Perform tasks accurately, follow safety guidelines, and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for product quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adapt positively to challenges, deliver excellent performance, and maintain efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments, standing, bending, and walking throughout the warehouse.
