1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team at our warehouse facility. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. The role involves various schedules and responsibilities focused on efficient stock handling, merchandise organization, shipment preparation, inventory management, and warehouse maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and cooperate within a team environment.
• Demonstrated positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate in varying warehouse conditions.
