1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI team. If you are a dedicated and efficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

• Receive and relocate incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
