1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Your responsibilities will include receiving stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with team members and leadership for efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Capable of standing, bending, reaching, and walking throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
