Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member! Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our stores for our growing customer base. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support to excel in your role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to inventory counts and process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competence in quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
