Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are essential to ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our valued customers. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our standards of excellence and contributing to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Deliver excellent performance and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
