1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This role offers competitive starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on the shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling store orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, provide input for process improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should be at least 18 years old, demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, and efficiency, and possess good communication and organizational skills. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
