Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficient warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically to facilitate shipping processes.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
