Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our fast-paced warehouse operations at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores with precision and efficiency. With flexible part-time hours and the opportunity to work in various warehouse areas, our team values hard work and safety above all.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move and organize merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipments, as well as unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Exhibit conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 45 pounds, and operate warehouse equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
