Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI's warehouse team. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in accurately fulfilling orders and maintaining warehouse operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse standards.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational goals.
- Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment.
