1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
