1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your contributions will ensure efficient order fulfillment and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse and load/unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and provide input for process improvement.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
