1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The position involves various schedules (A1, A2, B, C, D) that require flexibility and efficiency to fulfill orders, relocate merchandise, prepare shipments, maintain warehouse standards, and communicate effectively within the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Clean and organize the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, and work independently or in a team.
