1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including receiving stock, relocating merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. Successful candidates will collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership, provide input for process improvements, ensure product quality and safety, and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.

Physical Requirements

This role involves lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds, preparing merchandise for deliveries, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures. Candidates should be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the warehouse.
