Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our Aldi warehouse operations team. As a key part of our distribution process, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, physically fit, and committed to upholding warehouse standards.

Position Details

• Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
