Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance warehouse operations.
• Inspect product quality and address any safety or sanitation concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to achieve performance goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Team player with the capability to work independently.
