1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the efficient flow of products within our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Assist in implementing process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
