Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds of merchandise.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
