1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. You will play a crucial role in handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. The position requires the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, and work in varying temperatures.
