Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This part-time position offers flexibility with fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of products to our stores. You will be responsible for various tasks such as selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. We are seeking individuals who can work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrate attention to detail, and efficiently follow company standards and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates with the team, demonstrates a positive attitude and resilience, drives for success, organizes and executes efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
