Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and ensuring the quality and safety of products.

Position Details

• Company: Aldi
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and suggest sanitation improvements.
• Assist in achieving budget goals and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and adapt to changes.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, basic arithmetic, and equipment operation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, work in various temperatures, and operate equipment safely.
