1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficient stock management, product handling, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide suggestions to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and move merchandise.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
