Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless processing and delivery of products to our stores, contributing to the satisfaction of our customers. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, providing an opportunity for individuals seeking a rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality and safety, following company procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
