1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and starting wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
